Traditionally made of wood, can be run vertical or horizontal, and is normally used when a rustic look is desired.

It is usually a raised panel approximately 4”-10” wide, followed by a narrow “channel” 1”-2” wide. Our channel lap comes in 3 variations including a 4”x1”, 6”x1”, and an 8”x1”.

We have also experimented with manufacturing it “upside down” which creates the opposite effect. It becomes a wider “channel” with a raised panel 1”-2” wide.
